Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking a session

- These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by iQuit.
- By making a booking, the client fully accepts these terms and conditions.
- iQuit reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
- Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
- Sessions are booked and paid in full online at the time of booking, via Stripe.
- iQuit does not store your card details — payments are processed directly by Stripe.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by email.
- You will receive the video call link and any further instructions ahead of your session.
- You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
- If iQuit needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or a new time slot.
- iQuit's programs are coaching and support services — they are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.
- If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services instead of booking a session.
- You are responsible for sharing any health information relevant to your program honestly and for consulting a doctor before making significant changes to alcohol, tobacco, or dietary habits if you have an underlying medical condition.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Sessions are a respectful, judgment-free space — abusive or threatening behaviour toward a coach ends the session without a refund.
- Session recordings, if any, are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.
- iQuit's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
- iQuit is not liable for outcomes that depend on your own follow-through between sessions.
- Participation in a program is undertaken at the participant's own responsibility.

You must be 18 or older to book a session.
iQuit provides coaching and support, not medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
You will need a stable internet connection, a camera, and a microphone to join your session.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law, pending confirmation of the entity's final registration.
Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, consumers may also refer the matter to a Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre or the relevant consumer protection authority in their own country.
